However, usually I have more options for dessert at other signature restaurants at Walt Disney World, so only having the option of sorbet was a little disappointing. Here’s my thing about the sorbet- I love it, it’s delicious and refreshing. I prefer the raspberry over the lemon, which is the one pictured above. Lastly, for dessert, my only option was a raspberry or lemon sorbet. I ended up using the buttery spread and adding some on top of the steak to add a little more flavor.

It was cooked perfectly, a nice medium rare, but I wanted a bit more seasoning. Unfortunately, where this dish fell a little flat was with the filet. The green beans were crisp with a light seasoning. I figured, if I’m paying 1 set fee for the whole meal, I may as well go all out! I was able to get fingerling potatoes instead of mashed potatoes, which were delicious. 10/10 for me!įor my entree, I opted to get the grilled center cut filet mignon.

I liked the candied nuts and apple slices for sweetness, plus the presentation was beautiful. The vegetables were fresh and dressed extremely well. Honestly, this was probably my favorite dish of the meal. 5/10 for me- it wasn’t terrible, but it also wasn’t my favorite.įor my appetizer, I chose to start with the mixed field greens. It kind of reminded me of the allergy friendly bread Walt Disney World used when they first were adding allergy friendly options to its restaurants.

The dairy free butter was awesome, but the bread was grainy and didn’t have the same texture as the bread I had eaten recently at Garden Grill. Currently, lunch and dinner at Be Our Guest are both prix fixed, so I got to pick an appetizer, entree, and dessert.īefore my meal, I was given the allergy friendly bread service with dairy free buttery spread.

The people in this picture probably thought I was creepily starting at them all night! LOLĪs I had already noted my food allergies (dairy/eggs/gluten) in the My Disney Experience app when I completed mobile check-in, I was given a paper copy of the allergy friendly menu.

I’m not going to lie- I may have spent most of my night just eating and gazing around the restaurant because I love the details so much. I was the last person to be seated for the night, and felt like royalty walking through the beautiful stained glass entrance to the restaurant.Īs I was dining alone, I was seated off to the side of the restaurant and had a great view of many of the tables, plus I was right in the viewing path for a very special guest I’ll show you later on. I made my reservation that night for 6:55pm, which was actually about an hour after the park officially closed for the evening. You cross a beautiful bridge with gargoyles on your way over to dine at The Beast’s castle. Be Our Guest is currently considered a signature dining experience at Walt Disney World and is considered 2 credits on the Disney Dining Plan when the plan is available.īe Our Guest is located in the back of New Fantasyland behind Prince Charming’s Regal Carousel. I’ve eaten here for breakfast (when it was offered pre-covid), lunch, and dinner, but I wanted to give it another try for dinner as my last experience was only so-so. Happy #tastytuesday friends! Today’s post is bringing us back to Be Our Guest restaurant at Magic Kingdom park.
